A meme shared by different social media accounts spread baseless information implying that Vice-President Leni Robredo has not contributed any aid to the victims of Typhoon Odette.

Local officials however have expressed gratitude to Robredo for the relief goods and other support that she brought when she went to typhoon-affected areas.

The OVP and its partners have raised a total of P33.58 million in cash and P42.35 million worth of assorted goods as of Dec.30, according to the Robredo People’s Council, which led the volunteer-driven initiative.
