Hindi totoo ang nakasaad sa isang post sa Facebook na sinuportahan na umano ng Iglesia ni Cristo (INC) ang presidential candidate na si Ferdinand Marcos Jr. at ang running mate nitong si Davao City Mayor Sara Duterte-Carpio. 

Mababasa sa post ng “Uniteam Bbm-Sara” ang linyang, “Iglesia ni Cristo indores (sic) Uniteam, sure win”. 

Ngunit sa opisyal na website ng INC, wala pang inilalabas na pahayag hanggang ngayong Martes kung sino ang susuportahan nito sa May 9 elections. 

Umani na ang maling impormasyon ng mahigit 31,000 reactions, lagpas 14,000 shares, at 9,200 kumento, 16 araw matapos ito unang i-post noong Abril 10.
